These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and joinph ("joinph", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, and features available at joinph. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on joinph, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the joinph platform.

Access to and use of the joinph platform is conditioned upon your full acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms and Conditions, the joinph Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules and promotional terms. These Terms apply to all registered players and visitors to the joinph platform, regardless of the device or method of access used.

joinph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the joinph platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. To register and play on joinph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

(a) You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine gaming laws. 21+

(b) You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

(c) You must not be located in, or be a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

(d) You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of joinph or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or gaming software suppliers.

(e) You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or prohibited from gambling by any regulatory body or gaming operator.

joinph conducts age verification and identity checks as required. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held.

To access the full suite of joinph services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) joinph account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. joinph employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate registrations. Accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended, and associated balances may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joinph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. joinph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

joinph may, at its sole discretion, require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID Card, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction.

All financial transactions on joinph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). joinph supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter deposits, and USDT on the TRC20 network.

The minimum deposit amount on joinph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account tier, and are displayed on the cashier page within your joinph account.

joinph does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya transactions. Processing times for GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours. joinph shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or Philippine banking system maintenance windows.

joinph implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine law. All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be returned to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. joinph reserves the right to hold funds pending AML review and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. joinph may also require wagering of deposited funds at least once prior to permitting withdrawal, in accordance with its standard terms. Specific withdrawal conditions may apply to funds received as promotional bonuses.

From time to time, joinph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to: eligibility requirements, time limits, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, and wagering requirements.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your joinph account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

joinph reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting game-specific rules to fulfil wagering requirements at reduced risk, or coordinating play with other players to generate artificial wagering volume, is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

All casino games available on joinph, including slots, live dealer games, card games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets, are governed by their respective game rules as published on the joinph platform. In the event of a discrepancy between game outcome and the result displayed in the player interface, the result recorded in joinph's server logs shall be the definitive record.

The random number generators (RNG) used in joinph's digital games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in each game's information section.

Technical malfunctions of any kind void all related play. joinph shall not be obligated to honour payouts arising from software errors, display errors, or system malfunctions that produce clearly erroneous results. In such cases, joinph will endeavour to restore the player's account balance to its state immediately prior to the affected game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joinph and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

(a) Providing false or misleading registration information, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or location.

(b) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with joinph games, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.

(c) Colluding with other players in any game, including card games, live dealer tables, or sports betting syndicates.

(d) Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to joinph support immediately.

(e) Money laundering, including the use of joinph as a mechanism to process, transfer, or conceal funds of illegal origin.

(f) Engaging in bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, matched betting designed to eliminate risk in contravention of promotion terms, or any scheme to systematically extract value from joinph's promotional offers.

joinph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts pending such investigation. Findings of prohibited conduct may result in forfeiture of account balance, reporting to Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities, and civil or criminal proceedings as appropriate.

All content on the joinph platform, including but not limited to: software, game code, graphics, text, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of joinph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No content from the joinph platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of joinph.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, joinph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the joinph platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or any other commercial losses.

joinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the joinph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in your joinph account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joinph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game information, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

joinph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or receipt of a self-exclusion request.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms or fraudulent activity, joinph may void and forfeit the entire account balance. In cases of voluntary closure or closure for other reasons, joinph will return the verified remaining balance to your registered payment method after completion of any applicable review period.

You may close your joinph account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any pending withdrawal or verification holds.

joinph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the joinph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. joinph implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

joinph is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible through Account Settings, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, joinph will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access to the account. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated.

If you do not agree to any revision, you must cease using joinph and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of joinph shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines or relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authorities.

joinph operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming laws. Any regulatory complaint may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
